Booking and stay
Booking, cancellation, self check-in, house rules. All in plain text.
Booking
Bookings are made directly on the site ("Book" page) through the InReception system. Once availability is confirmed, you receive a booking confirmation by email and, if applicable, a deposit request.
Listed rates are per room, per night, VAT included. The municipal tourist tax is not included and is paid on arrival or as specified by the Municipality of Sorrento.
For groups of more than three rooms or stays longer than 14 nights, please contact us for dedicated terms.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date. For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
Any refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the booking, within 14 days of cancellation.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is self-service and digital: on the day of arrival you receive a code by email, generated by our web app, that opens the main door and your room door. The code is active from 3:00 pm on the arrival day to 11:00 am on the departure day.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 am on the date indicated in the booking. Late check-out is available on request, subject to availability.
For arrival support, Alex is available on WhatsApp at the number shown in your booking confirmation.
Payment
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through InReception's secure gateway, and bank transfer for stays booked well in advance.
The municipal tourist tax and any extra services (transfers, experiences, late check-out) are settled directly at check-out.
Identity documents
By law we are required to record personal data and transmit to the State Police (Alloggiati Web portal) the document details of every adult guest.
You are asked to upload a copy of your ID (identity card or passport) via our web app before check-in. The copy is deleted once the transmission is complete.
House rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or common areas. Outdoor smoking spaces are available.
Rooms are for the maximum number of guests stated in the booking. Visits from non-registered guests must be communicated in advance.
Quiet hours: 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Parties or events are not allowed without prior agreement.
The B&B is pet-free unless specifically agreed at the time of booking.
Liability
Each guest is liable for damage caused to property or spaces of the B&B through wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Any charges for damages will be notified within 48 hours of check-out.
The B&B is not liable for valuables not deposited in the room safe. It is also not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (power outages, exceptional weather events, etc.).
Extra services
Services such as airport transfers, guided tours, cooking classes, boat trips or tailor-made experiences are arranged on request and booked separately. Terms and prices are communicated at the time of the request.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the stay agreement falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Torre Annunziata. The applicable law is Italian law.
Consumers residing in the European Union retain the right to bring the matter before the court of their place of residence under applicable law.
