A contemporary B&B
Patriziella 4 Rooms is a small B&B in the centre of Sorrento, with four independent rooms. We built ourselves around a simple idea: technology that works, design that lasts, autonomy for travellers.
There's no reception. Every room opens with a code generated by our web app, accessible from your phone. No queue at check-in, no forms to sign, no rigid hours.
You arrive when you want, you enter like at your own place — just easier.
The rooms — Campanian grapes
The rooms are named after the grapes of Campania — Aglianico, Biancolella, and others from the local wine tradition.
Each is around twenty square metres, with private shower bathroom, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, safety box and fridge. Linen sheets, light wood, windows that open onto the lemon trees. Some with a private balcony.
Built for sleeping well and coming back happily in the evening — each bookable on its own.
Tech that works
Digital self check-in via web app, dynamic-code access, in-room temperature control, gigabit Wi-Fi everywhere. All designed to remove friction, not add it.
Breakfast is self-served: every morning you'll find fresh products and Italian coffee in your room. On request we arrange airport transfers from Naples, guided tours, boat trips along the coast, cooking classes — just send us a message.
Beach towels, iron, a map of Sorrento and tailor-made recommendations are included and always available.
Alex, your host
Alex runs Patriziella, he's from Sorrento and speaks Italian and English. He doesn't live on site — he's reachable on WhatsApp throughout the day for anything you need, from a code that won't work to a restaurant recommendation.
The model is simple: you keep your autonomy, Alex stays a message away. It works better than a 24/7 reception — it's faster, more discreet, and you get an answer from someone who actually knows the area.
For special requests (transfers, cooking classes, custom experiences), just write a couple of days ahead.
Frequently asked questions
- You'll receive a unique access code by email plus instructions: keys waiting in a secure lockbox at the entrance, independent room access, no reception queues. Alex stays reachable on WhatsApp whenever you need him.
- Check-in from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. For early arrivals or late departures just message us in advance — self check-in allows real flexibility.
- Yes — each room has a kitchenette and a fridge stocked with local breakfast: coffee, fresh pastries delivered daily, juice, fruit, yogurt. No shared dining room, you have breakfast on your own time.
- We don't have private parking. We recommend Achille Lauro garage or Correale parking, both a few minutes' walk away. In high season it's worth booking parking in advance.
- 5 minutes' walk from Piazza Tasso and Sorrento's historic centre. Same distance to the Circumvesuviana station and the harbour. The main beaches are 10–15 minutes on foot.
